Collaborating with a small design team to establish core design practices while spearheading the company’s first formal design system to improve consistency and handoff to engineering. Currently leading the redesign of the onboarding and sign-up flow to create a smoother first-time user experience, as well as designing a home dashboard that orients users and highlights key calls-to-action to guide next steps.

While working as an SDR, I became obsessed with understanding why certain product experiences resonated with customers and others didn't. That curiosity led me to begin exploring the world of UX and Product Design, and ultimately to pursue an M.S. in HCI and begin my transition into design.
